Refund Policy

Our refund policy for premium subscriptions purchased through Paddle.

14-Day Refund

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. After 14 days, no refunds will be issued. This applies to all subscription plans (Monthly and Yearly).

How to Request

To request a refund, contact us at admin@mymenu.top with the email address used for your purchase. We will process your refund within 5-10 business days.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. After cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refund is issued for the remaining days after cancellation.

Processed By

All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase.
